Reporting Copyright Infringement

We will respond and/or take appropriate action within 48 hours of receiving your notice.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed and its original URL.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed in error.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and will accept service of process from the complainant.

We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant, and if they do not file a legal action within 14 days, we may restore the material.

Important Notes

  • Misusing the DMCA process can result in legal consequences.
  • We reserve the right to remove any content without prior notice and to terminate repeat infringers’ access to the site.
